The Colour Of The Day
Light Cyan, Dark Red and Rich Blue
A reduced set: Daily Mail, The Independent and Daily Express were not available, so this day is measured from 2 papers rather than 5. That is too few to stand for the press as a whole, so these colours are not comparable with the rest of the archive.
Three colours drawn from the front pages of 2 national newspapers published on Sunday, 11 June 2023: light cyan, dark red and rich blue. The dominant shade held 27 per cent of all chromatic ink measured across the set.
